Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Additional Layers:
- 1 cup chopped fresh rhubarb
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into pan.
- Layer Ingredients: Sprinkle rhubarb, white chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans over crust. Pour condensed milk over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool and chill before slicing.
