Ravioli:

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese or spinach ravioli

Garlic Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz seafood mix or shrimp/scallops (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or seafood broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook Ravioli: Prepare ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Garlic Cream Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender and lightly browned. Add seafood and cook until opaque. Stir in white wine, then add cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Combine and Serve: Gently fold in cooked ravioli, toss to coat in sauce, and simmer briefly. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
