Description

This Ranch Cauliflower Salad combines fresh cauliflower florets with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and a creamy ranch dressing for a delicious and easy side dish.


Ingredients

Florets:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into small florets

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
