Ingredients
Florets:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cauliflower, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, and cherry tomatoes.
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine: Pour the dressing over the cauliflower mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Stir before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream or mayo.
