Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Gel food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
- Divide the batter evenly into six bowls. Tint each with a different color of gel food coloring.
- Spoon colored batters in dollops over the crust, alternating colors. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the colors together.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully chilled.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors without thinning the batter.
- For clean slices, wipe the knife clean between cuts.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
