Description

A bubbling, cheesy dip layered with cream cheese, marinara, mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni—this easy appetizer captures all the comfort of pizza in scoopable form.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • To serve: sliced baguette, crackers, or breadsticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Top with marinara sauce, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, followed by Parmesan cheese, over the top.
  5. Layer on pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired for extra crispness.
  7. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • Variations: Swap pepperoni with sausage, mushrooms, or olives for custom flavors.
  • Make Ahead: Assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
  • Serve in Style: Try a bread bowl or individual ramekins for presentation.
