Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- To serve: sliced baguette, crackers, or breadsticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Top with marinara sauce, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, followed by Parmesan cheese, over the top.
- Layer on pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired for extra crispness.
- Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve hot with your favorite dippers.
