Description

Quesadizzas are a delicious fusion of quesadillas and pizzas, combining the best of both worlds in one crispy, cheesy dish. Perfect for a quick dinner or a fun party snack, these quesadizzas are customizable with your favorite pizza toppings and ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

Tortilla Layers:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Toppings:

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for cooking)
  • crushed red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Tortilla Layers: Heat a skillet and brush with oil. Place tortilla, spread sauce, cheese, toppings, and seasoning. Top with another tortilla.
  2. Cook Quesadizza: Cook until crispy and cheese melts on both sides. Rest and slice into wedges.
  3. Repeat: Repeat with remaining ingredients. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • You can customize with any pizza toppings you like—try cooked sausage, mushrooms, or pineapple.
  • Use whole wheat tortillas or gluten-free ones if needed.
  • Great for quick dinners or party snacks.
