Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs, divided

Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the crust: In a large bowl, mix the spice cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Press the mixture into the pan evenly.
