  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Maple Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 teaspoons milk, as needed for consistency

Instructions

  2. Prepare crescents: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Make filling: Mix pumpkin purée, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon filling onto each crescent triangle.
  4. Roll up: Roll up each crescent and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Make glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk.
  7. Drizzle and serve: Drizzle maple glaze over warm crescents before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flair, add chopped pecans or cinnamon sugar on top.
  • Best served warm; store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
