Ingredients

For the crust:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into cubes)

For the filling:

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press crust mixture into the pan.
