- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 bananas)

- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, sugars, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- Combine mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
