Description

Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs are savory bite-sized appetizers made with flaky puff pastry filled with tender pulled pork and cheese – perfect for game day or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup pulled pork (pre-cooked)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce until well combined.
  3. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry to smooth edges.
  4. Cut the pastry into 9 equal squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pulled pork mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Top with a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Fold the corners of each square toward the center and pinch to seal.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
