- 1 cup pulled pork (pre-cooked)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce until well combined.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry to smooth edges.
- Cut the pastry into 9 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of the pulled pork mixture in the center of each square.
- Top with a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the corners of each square toward the center and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving.
