Ingredients
Biscuit Dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
Cheesy Filling:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni (or chopped regular pepperoni)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Serving:
- warm marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or an 8-inch round baking dish.
- Cut and mix: Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated and mixed.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading out evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
- Cool and serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley, if using. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can add chopped olives, bell peppers, or cooked sausage for variety.
- Use store-bought pizza dough as an alternative to biscuit dough if preferred.
