Description

These Protein Cookies are a delicious and nutritious treat that’s perfect for a quick snack or a post-workout pick-me-up. Packed with the goodness of peanut butter, protein powder, and oats, these cookies are easy to make and sure to satisfy your sweet cravings.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Stir in the protein powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  4. Combine oats and chips: Fold in the oats and mini chocolate chips if using.
  5. Form cookies: Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are just set.
  7. Cool and enjoy: Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
