Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 brioche or hot dog rolls, split and lightly toasted
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill, and green onions. Mix well.
- Toss with Prawns: Add cooked prawns to the bowl and gently coat with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the Rolls: Brush inside of rolls with melted butter, toast until golden.
- Assemble: Line rolls with lettuce, fill with prawn mixture.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately.
