Description
Pizza Poppers are bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese and classic pizza flavors, perfect for parties or quick snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1 tbsp melted butter
 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
 - Add a small spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperoni to the center of each piece.
 - Pinch the dough around the filling to form a sealed ball.
 - Place the poppers seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
 - Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Let cool slightly before serving.
 
Notes
- You can substitute pepperoni with mushrooms or olives for a vegetarian version.
 - Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.
 - Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven for best results.
