Pizza Poppers are bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese and classic pizza flavors, perfect for parties or quick snacks.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  3. Add a small spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperoni to the center of each piece.
  4. Pinch the dough around the filling to form a sealed ball.
  5. Place the poppers seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
