Ingredients
Tortillas:
- 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)
Sauce:
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
Cheese:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
Seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Garnish:
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Sauce: Mix pizza sauce and enchilada sauce in a small bowl.
- Assemble the Enchiladas: Spoon sauce onto each tortilla, add cheeses, toppings, then roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Add Toppings: Pour remaining sauce over the top, sprinkle with cheeses, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
