An indulgent, creamy cheesecake filled with chunks of Snickers and festive pink M&Ms, perfect for parties and celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars (plus extra for topping, optional)
- 1 cup pink M&Ms (reserve a handful for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined and smooth.
- Fold in chopped Snickers and most of the pink M&Ms, reserving a handful for topping.
- Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit inside for 1 hour with door ajar. Remove and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with reserved M&Ms and extra Snickers before serving. Slice and enjoy!
