- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the fruits: Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks and hull the strawberries to get them ready for blending.
- Blend fruits and lime: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, strawberries, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Strain for smoothness (optional): To remove pulp and get a smoother texture, strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
- Add sweetener: Mix in 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey, adjusting the amount to your personal taste. Blend briefly just to combine thoroughly.
