Description

Pineapple Punch is a refreshing, fizzy tropical drink bursting with sweet pineapple and citrus flavors—perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or anytime you need a splash of sunshine.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (optional)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well to blend.
  2. Just before serving, pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and stir gently to retain the fizz.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and optional pineapple chunks and mint leaves.
  4. Pour the punch into the prepared glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs or pineapple wedges if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add maraschino cherries, lime twists, or citrus slices for colorful garnishes.
  • Pairs well with grilled seafood, fresh fruit, or spicy snacks.
  • Serve in pineapples or mason jars for fun presentation.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 48 hours (soda may go flat).
  • Freeze leftover punch (without soda) in ice cube trays for quick, cold servings later.
  • Optional alcoholic version: add rum or vodka just before serving for an adult twist.
