Description

Ingredients

Pie Dough:

  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup shredded sweetened coconut

Others:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sugar (for sprinkling)
  • optional glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar mixed with 1–2 teaspoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
