Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 4 (8-ounce) packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
For the Optional Topping:
- Cherry, blueberry, or strawberry pie filling; or fresh fruit
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and flour. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until almost set. Cool in the oven for 1 hour.
