Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preparing the Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown, then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
