Ingredients

Puff Pastry:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

Basil Pesto:

  • 1/3 cup basil pesto

Toppings:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella (sliced or torn)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
