Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together the oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Combine wet and dry: Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
