Description

These Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas are a fun twist on classic pizza flavors, combining gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni, and savory Italian seasoning in a crispy tortilla shell. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or snack!


Ingredients

Tortillas:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pepperoni:

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Pizza Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)

Seasoning:

  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cooking Spray:

  • Nonstick cooking spray or butter for the pan


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Quesadillas: Lay out two tortillas and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly on top, then add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning. Top with the remaining cheese and place the other two tortillas on top to form quesadillas.
  2. Cook the Quesadillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter. Cook one quesadilla at a time for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from pan, let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
  3. Serve: Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
