Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 20-25 slices of pepperoni
- Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
- Crackers, baguette slices, or breadsticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of a baking dish. Spoon the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan over the sauce. Top with pepperoni slices.
