Ingredients
Pecan Filling:

Cobbler Topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Sauce:
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1½ cups hot water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the pecan layer: Spread chopped pecans in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix the cobbler topping: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Add milk, vanilla, and melted butter; mix.
