Ingredients

Rice Noodles:

  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Peanut Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
