Ingredients

Brownie Batter:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Filling:

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Butter: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Stir in sugar, beat in eggs, add vanilla, incorporate cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold in flour and chocolate chips.
  4. Prepare Peanut Butter Mix: In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
