Ingredients
Brownie Batter:

- 1½ cups all-purpose flour

Peanut Butter Filling:
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt Butter: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Mix Ingredients: Stir in sugar, beat in eggs, add vanilla, incorporate cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold in flour and chocolate chips.
- Prepare Peanut Butter Mix: In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
