Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla: Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in oats: Fold in the oats.
