Description

These Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies are a quick and easy dessert that requires no oven time. With just a handful of ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these delicious treats in no time.

Ingredients

Granulated Sugar

  • 1 ½ cups

Unsalted Butter

  • ½ cup

Milk

  • ½ cup

Salt

  • ¼ tsp

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp

Creamy Peanut Butter

  • ¾ cup

Quick-Cooking Oats

  • 3 cups

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, let the mixture cook for exactly 1 minute without stirring.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth. Add the oats and mix until fully coated. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let the cookies cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a softer texture, slightly reduce the oats to 2 ¾ cups.
  • You can also add ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts after mixing in the oats.
