  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

For Coating:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Truffle Mixture: In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in chocolate chips and crushed peanuts.
  2. Form Truffle Balls: Scoop out mixture and roll into small balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
