Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add Egg and Vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
