Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Balls:

 - 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
 - 1 ½ cups Rice Krispies cereal
 
For the Chocolate Coating:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)
 
Instructions
- Mix Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Add Sugar and Cereal: Gradually mix in powdered sugar, then gently fold in Rice Krispies until coated.
 - Form Balls: Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Chill: Refrigerate balls for at least 30 minutes.
 - Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in intervals.
 - Dip and Coat: Dip balls into melted chocolate, then chill until set.
