Description

Delicious and easy Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls that combine the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls with a warm, spiced peach topping. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, these rolls are baked to golden perfection and drizzled with sweet icing. Serve them warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.

Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

Peach Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups canned or fresh diced peaches (drained if using canned)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Optional for Serving

  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish or an 8×8-inch pan to prevent the cinnamon rolls from sticking.
  2. Cook Peach Mixture: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced peaches, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, cornstarch, and butter. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly and becomes syrupy. Remove the pan from heat to cool slightly.
  3. Arrange Cinnamon Rolls: Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them into the prepared baking dish. Slightly flatten each roll to allow the peach mixture to meld with the dough.
  4. Add Peach Topping: Spoon the warm peach mixture evenly over and around the cinnamon rolls, ensuring each roll is coated with some of the fruit filling.
  5. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Add Icing and Serve: Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle the cinnamon rolls with the included icing while they are still warm. Serve with optional whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a delightful finish.

Notes

  • Use homemade cinnamon rolls for a fully from-scratch version.
  • Add chopped pecans for a crunchy topping to enhance texture.
  • If using fresh peaches, make sure they’re ripe and juicy for the best flavor.
