These Parmesan Crusted Potatoes are a delightful side dish featuring tender baby potatoes coated in a crispy Parmesan cheese crust. Perfectly seasoned and baked to golden perfection, these potatoes are a flavorful addition to any meal.
Ingredients
Parmesan Crusted Potatoes:
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Toss potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
 - Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on top of the cheese in a single layer.
 - Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy, and the potatoes are fork-tender.
 - Cool and serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, add smoked paprika or chili flakes to the seasoning mix.
 - Yukon Gold potatoes can be used as an alternative.
