Description

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 10 cubes

For the coffee topping:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
