Ingredients
For the Chow Mein:
- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup julienned carrots

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, carrots, celery, and onion. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
- Combine Everything: Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve: Serve the Panda Express Chow Mein hot as a delicious side dish or main course.
