Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the chimichurri sauce:
- 1 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Chimichurri Sauce: Combine all chimichurri sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Cook Shrimp: Pat dry and season shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
