Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the chimichurri sauce:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
