Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1/2 apple, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • extra apple slices
  • chopped nuts
  • granola
  • drizzle of nut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a jar or airtight container, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chopped apple, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
