- 2/3 cup heavy cream (plus more for brushing)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom, salt, and orange zest.
