Ingredients

Steak:

  • 12 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz penne or rigatoni pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the Steak: Season the sliced steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large pot, sear the steak until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pot, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add Ingredients: Pour in beef broth, milk, uncooked pasta, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Combine and Garnish: Return steak to the pot, add Parmesan cheese, simmer until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes
