Description

A delicious and easy recipe for One-Pot Honey Garlic Chicken and Noodles, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Tender chicken cooked in a sweet and savory garlic sauce with vegetables and noodles.


Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce (optional)

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine, broken in half
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup snap peas or broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a pot, cook chicken until browned.
  2. Prepare Sauce: Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook Noodles: Add noodles, simmer until tender.
  4. Add Vegetables: Stir in carrots and snap peas.
  5. Thicken Sauce: Optionally add cornstarch slurry.
  6. Finish: Remove from heat, add green onions, garnish with sesame seeds.
