Sauce and Pasta:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 ounces short pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
