  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Dish:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the herb mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  4. Coat with herb mixture: Drizzle the herb mixture over the ingredients, tossing gently to coat.
