Ingredients

Sharp Cheddar Cheese:

2 cups finely shredded

Mayonnaise:

1/2 cup

Diced Pimentos:

1 (4 oz) jar, drained

Garlic Powder:

1/4 teaspoon

Onion Powder:

1/4 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Cayenne Pepper (optional):

pinch

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and pimentos. Blend well.
  2. Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne if desired. Mix until creamy.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
  4. Serve: Enjoy chilled with crackers, sandwiches, or as a dip.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add hot sauce or use pepper jack cheese.
  • For a smoother texture, use a food processor; for a chunkier texture, hand mix.
