Ingredients
Egg Noodles:
- 12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
Shredded Chicken:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables and Cheese:
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
- 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add ingredients: Stir in chicken, vegetables, and noodles. Pour into the dish.
