 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/4 cup milk (optional for added moisture)
 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
 - Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
 - Add Milk and Nuts: Stir in the milk if using for added moisture, and fold in the nuts if desired.
 - Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
Notes:
- You can leave out the nuts for a smoother texture or substitute them with chocolate chips for a sweeter twist.
 - Overripe bananas yield the best flavor and moisture.
