Ingredients

For the Oat Base:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the Fudge Layer:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Oat Base: Cream 1 cup butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
