Ingredients
Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
Nutella Filling:
- 1/2 cup Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tablespoon milk
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry, cut into 6 rectangles.
- Add Filling: Spread Nutella on three rectangles, top with the remaining three.
- Seal and Bake: Seal edges, brush with egg wash, and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
